At 71 I just learned about the benefits of infrared and crystals. This is a unique pad. Comes in its ? bag. A bit heavy but if you’re traveling at all it’s well worth it. Mat unfolds to full body. Set your temperature (you may need to experiment with this) my temp 55.Use the toggle switch to turn on. Set your temperature then select hours of heat. I select 12 as I’m up and down and prefer to lay down as time permits. Read about the benefits in amazons ad. Yes it’s truly amazing. I’ve had two back surgeries in the last 6 months and having the infrared this time I feel as if my healing is going faster and less pain than before. I have a king size bed and keep it on bed so it’s convenient. Changing bedding I just slide it to floor and it stands next to bed til bed remade. I even nap on this pad.
