I've been through a lot of milk frothers. I have two lattes every morning. I think most frothers are only built to work a few times a week. As a result, I've killed a lot of frothers. This is going to be the Christmas gift I give everyone.This little dynamo allows you to choose the temperature you want for your foam: cold, 120, 140 or 160 degrees. You can also select how foamy you want your foam, loose, medium froth, or tight, huge and billowy.I preheat my coffee cup before adding the espresso and with the 160 degree foam, I finally, FINALLY get a really hot cup of coffee. This critter is easy to clean, and it's darned good looking on the countertop.It is not the fastest of the frothers that I have had, but it's the best. To get the perfect cup of your imagination, it's worth the wait. You get your milk at the temperature you want with the most perfect foam. I have tried all the variants of temperature and froth. All are incredible. This delivers a consistent user experience and product.I love the dome that limits how much foam gets made into your hot chocolate. You get hot chocolate that is rich and foamy, and I love making cold iced lattes, and this bad boy delivers a cloudy, fluffy blanket of foam for your iced espresso. It's so good I made the mistake of drinking too many because it was just too perfect.You can't go wrong with this machine.
