This product is wonderful. I have persistent knee pain caused by inflammation of my IT band. My doctor suggested heat to complement my physical therapy. This infrared heating wrap is perfect. It is easy to apply and very comfortable. The area of coverage provided by the two heating elements is more than sufficient. The two heat settings allow me to toggle the intensity back after15-20 minutes. I am already experiencing significant pain relief. Very happy with this purchase.
