Yes! The taste is okay I'm not a fan of chocolate,I have gained 16 lbs in 1 1/2 months !!im so happy becuz it's hard for me to gain weight but this has helped I been taking it with maca root pills and daily exercise,however I have a little bit of tummy but I'm working on it! Let me tell you I don't take the dosage on it but I break it into two since I'm so small .one before workout and one after. & I was drinking it on none performing days! I'm 5'1 I used to weight 101 and in now at 117 and more to go! So if your serious about gaining weight! This works!!
