My wife and I both need lots of readers, strategically located around the house for various uses. I got this pair for my wife to wear when she's on the laptop or tablet, or while reading a magazine. She's been using them for about a week, and they are terrific.The glasses are constructed really well. They have thick, sturdy frames and smooth hinges. They are just a bit on the heavy side -- more so than some other glasses we've tried, but still comfortable. The "cat" appearance is fun, a bit dramatic and large, not quite my wife's public style. But since she's using these exclusively at home, it works well for her. The magnification is definitely a solid 3X, as advertised.As for the blue light blocking, this is questionable with any glasses. The science around this is just iffy. But it doesn't matter much here, because these are terrific glasses in all other ways.These glasses are effective, and made well. Be aware of the dramatic "cat" appearance. I recommend them.
