I ordered the Queen size frame, and put it together by myself. It was pretty easy to put together and the way the screws and bolts were packaged was organized and not just jumbled together. The bed frame is sturdy. Our pillows don't get lost in the gap at the head of the bed like our old frame. As I assembled it, I just tightened the bolts with my fingers. When everything was together except the slats, I tightened the bolts up with tools and it fit together well. It came with an extra bolt of each size which initially puzzled me, but is a good idea.
