Wow now this is really a milkshake machine. It is a commercial dual head milkshake machine. I make numerous smoothies and frozen coffee drinks so this double headed milkshake machine is perfect for my use. It is quiet and it is easy to clean. It's very attractive seeing on the counter and it's heavy enough that doesn't get knocked off easily. I am looking forward to being able to use it for several years. Since it is a commercial grade and professional quality I know that it will last a long time. It has no problems taking the softer ice ice cream coffee or any of that sort of ingredient and turning it into a nice beautiful quality shake/smoothie. I'm very very happy with this acquisition I'm so glad I was able to find it and even happier that it arrived without any damage.
