Like it definitely recommend, Price is affordable.Just love it satisfiedIt was easy to assemble. Some wing-nuts after it is unfolded. Sturdy and simple. Not too heavy to move but probably 2 should carry the box to the installation location. It is good for a guest room but I could see some might want to use it year round. Much better than that frame and box spring that we replaced with this.I dumped my old platform frame because of how much it squeaked. Just rolling over in bed would cause a bunch of high pitched squeaks. Used a box spring for about 5 years and decided to try getting a platform again. I am so blown away with this frame. It's so solidly built and assembly was a snap. It's got some weight to it so make sure you have those furniture sliders under the feet if you need to move it for cleaning or putting a sheet on. My bed is in a corner so the furniture sliders helps a ton. I didn't realize my box spring was the reason my bed felt like it was starting to sag. Once I put my mattress on this frame, it was like a brand new mattress again. No sag and it was a firm mattress again. Highly recommend. Unbeatable value and feels like it's worth a lot more than you will pay.Easy to assemble take 15 minutes. Study and room under the bed for storage.This review is for: Zinus 12” Smartbase Mattress Foundation in size: FullIt was such an easy assembly! I love that Zinus provided wing nuts as their hardware. I was able to assemble it properly without any defect. Everything aligned perfectly. It is sturdy, durable, affordable, and lightweight. Bed is quiet, no rattles or squeaks so far. I needed something lightweight since I live on the third floor condo without elevators and there’s always a high chance it gets left in the lobby/mailroom for me to carry it up by myself (according to the description, it’s 31.8 lbs for a “full” size). The product itself isn't heavy especially it’s split in half and folded but the box is bulky for someone extremely petite as me. Sometimes I have to unbox things in the lobby and carry it up piece by piece.I bought Zinus Smartbase headboard bracket separately (on amazon, $10). It appears it is meant for the 14” Zinus Elite SmartBase bed frames but it works with this 12” frame as well. Headboard seems sturdy enough but I still feel paranoid leaning against it. It’s obviously best to have this kind of headboard setup against the wall but I prefer my bed to the side of the wall.It comes with non-slip stickers to place on the bed frame to prevent the mattress from sliding but I did not use it. I’ll be moving my mattress often to access outlet behind it, rotating mattress, changing sheets, etc.Full size bed dimensions: 75 x 54 x 12 inches. Clearance under the bed is 11” (good height for storage). The horizontal bars that come up about midway underneath the bed are about 4” from bottom of bar to floor (you can view this in my photos).Overall, it’s a great, worthy purchase. As long as you don’t receive a defective bed then you won’t regret the purchase. It’s a simple and basic black steel bed. It’s nothing fancy but you can style it by adding headboard (and possibly footboard since there are holes on both ends of the bed). I hope my review included enough details to be helpful.Other Thoughts/NotesI was really close to ordering Zinus Paige/Michelle Compack Adjustable bed frame but then I realized I have to purchase a box spring separately. You don’t need a box spring or slats for this smartbase bed frame! It comes out to be a better value. I also initially wanted the 10” frame but I don’t think Zinus offers any headboard bracket that’s compatible with it. That’s how simple the instructions are!!There aren’t even any words lol Just pictures to show you which piece fits in where. PLUS there are stickers with numbers on them so you don’t connect the wrong part or put it backwards!Honestly, I can’t find anything that would’ve made this simpler.Also, I’m a super cheesy person so when I opened it up and saw the cute little letter plus the extra cards you can send to friends, I had the biggest smile on my face!! Truly great customer service!Made me feel like I was bringing something nice into my home rather than just a purchase.Whoever was in charge of that, good freaking job! Seriously.So again, with this product:- no need for a box spring- super easy assembly- very sturdy (no squeaky noises, no weird movement, and I have a queen size pillow-top mattress)- super cute letter if you’re cheesy like me- neat! No tools needed! I’ll be moving in a few months a feel the frame will easily be moved without compromising the integrity of it.Very sturdy, even more-so than it appears from pics. No noise from frame. Had this for a few weeks now.I was concerned about the aesthetic appearance of the frame, however it is not at all visible once my bed and bedding are on.Would recommend and would buy again. Good value for the money. :)Update (8 months post-purchase):Frame is still sturdy and does not make any noise. I recently collapsed the frame and stored it. It came apart with loosening only a few screws and was easy to move on my own.La base viene en una caja que, de tener algún tipo de asidera, resultaría perfecta. No es tan pesada pero es larga y es un tanto difícil de cargar. Sin embargo, no es nada del otro mundo.Leí que las instrucciones de armado no resultaban claras para algunos pero en realidad no hay mayor problema. Las piezas vienen completas, e incluso trae unas cuantas de repuesto, y también está bien señaladas. Lo hicimos entre 2 personas pero sin problemas puede hacerlo una sola persona.Es bastante ligera una vez armada y ya poniendo el colchón y acostándote, no se mueve ni rechina.Lo único que no me convence es que queda demasiado alta cuando le pones un colchón de 30 a 35 cm.Aun así, es una base de excelente relación calidad-precio.Just received this today and set it up. It’s what I was looking for, something simple. It was easy to set up. The bars feel flimsy but with my mattress on it, it seems sturdy enough. No noise when I lay on it as of now. I will update after sleeping on it for a while.This thing was ridiculously easy to assemble. I was expecting it to be annoying to do but it wasn't too bad.The frame feels a little cheap, but I jumped on the bed right after assembly and it didn't budge (or squeak!). I really love the amount of space under the bed too. I live in a pretty small apartment so every inch of storage space counts. I can also finally get rid of my giant boxspring!!My only complaints are that you have to buy headboard brackets separately (yes it's my fault I didn't read that when ordering) so now I have to spend another $20 or so just so I can use my headboard. Also there isn't any sort of lip to hold the mattress on the frame so it slides around quite easily.
