This is an easy cleansing to follow. Great ideas for the protien shakes, or smoothies, and knowing that you could eat as much as you wanted was a positive bonus. I lost 20 lbs in 23 days, although that seems a bit extreme, keep in mind that this is not weight loss diet, it is a Super Cleanse, getting rid of waste that had been building up, and of course weight loss too because of eating healthier. After the 21 days, I found a new appreciation for healthier eating, and have never felt better in years, my friend did it and lost 12 lbs, and also thought it was quite simple to follow. I added excercise in week 2, and weight training at the end of week 2, perhaps that added to my success with my weight loss.
