We are missing one of the two embedded nuts inside board E, and board G needs to be replaced as it is cracked. I already assembled the bed and don't really want to disassemble it again so l could replace it . I wish the company would just send the parts that are defective. We love the bed otherwise, it looks nice and our son adores it.Update: the company read the review and reached out to us immediately. They took the time top listen and resolve the problem, sending the replacement part immediately. Outstanding customer service and really nice bed. 5 stars!
