STURDY AND EASY TO ASSEMBLEWe ordered this table and chair set for our 2-1/2 year old granddaughter to have a place at our home to color and play. It originally came in a large box with the table in a smaller box to be assembled. The chairs were missing. We clicked on customer service and they gave us the option to have a representative contact us by telephone which I was surprised cause you can never call Amazon or any other large internet company on phone. Early Sunday morning a wonderful women called and help us. She re-ordered the entire order to have within 2-3 days cause we needed it before the following weekend. She gave us a UPS label to end back the original table. Apologized many times for the inconvenience and made us very happy. No additional charges or money transferred and the whole ordeal was resolved within a few minutes. Thank you Amazon.The Table and Chairs are great. Not to be sat in by an adult. There are weight restrictions, but for a child it is great and our granddaughter loved it immediately. Without prompt, she went over to the table sat on a chair and started playing with the coloring books and crayons. Naturally, she colored the table as well but the it cleans up easily.I found this table and chair set to be the most practical purchase based on reviews and overall cost. It arrived packed well and the pieces were labeled according to directions. I will say that I am very experienced in assembling and found this to be a bit of a challenge in getting the seat to fit between the legs evenly. I also had to use one of my own bolts (longer) to secure the legs to the seat because it would not catch the grooves. Both of those issues extended the time it should have taken to put it all together. I did notice the top of the table scuffed on the corner easily so I hope that won't be an indication of how the paint will wear in the future.The table & chairs are great! However I am still bummed because at the time I ordered , it was to arrive on Thursday, in time for my arrival for the weekend party. BUT, it arrived AFTER the party and AFTER I returned home. So we were not able to see him open it and use it for the first time. Missing that still makes me very sad!! If this happens in the future with any other company, I've learned the hard way, I will cancel orders and go to plan B. Still, the product itself, is fine. PaulaEasy to assembleThe table and chairs are very cute but the table came with some scratches and chipped paintBought and assembled this table and chairs for my grandson. One of the bolts was broken and another one wouldn't screw into the table so I had to raid my husband's garage to find replacements. It all worked out finally and he loved it. Worth the inconvenience to see his smiling face!We assembled it as a family so it was pretty quick. Instructions are easy to follow. Nothing damaged or missing. It doesn’t seem like it will hold more than 150lbs. Lol. I sit on it very gingerly and try not to move. The height of the table is perfect for my daughter who is the size of a 5-6 yr old. Wipes clean. Love it!
