The bottle can also be descaled and sterilized by following the instructions in the included user guide. Why is my device taking a long time to charge or not charging at all? The included 5V/2A power adapter and cable are specifically engineered for power delivery. Using third party power adapters can cause slow charging times, and using other cables can cause the built-in safety mechanism to reject the charge. My device says the milk is warmed up, why does it still feel cool? The device warms and reads temperatures from the bottom of the reservoir, and requires periodic swirling to even out the temperature. Use this ALL the time as my family travels often both by plane and car. It’s even great for a day out of the house if you don’t want to ask for a hot pitcher of water randomly. I don’t understand the low ratings for the life of me. I’ve used our same one now for 2 years and it’s never failed me. Holds a great charge. My second kiddo prefers his bottles warmer so we go up to 118 for him and it’s perfect. I don’t tend to use it for milk or formula, just the water before the formula mix. Keeps it cleaner and sterile longer. Literally worth every penny and I would buy it again if it were to see its last day. LOVE!
