I enjoy using the Organic Hemp Seed milk concentrate for Caffe Lattes. It provides vital nutrients and improves digestion performance. The key is to determine the right concentrate to water ratio. I use 1 part concentrate to 10 parts water. I also use a teaspoon of honey per a12oz Latte.
