I absolutely love this bed!! It stores so much and looks beautiful!! There are a few things you should know before assembling though.1. It's truly best to have two people! Even if one is just holding pieces.2. Read the instructions carefully and follow them! Several people said things didn’t fit together well but everything fit just fine as long as you went slow and followed every step.3. The mattress has to be on the frame before it will go back down. At first I thought the shocks were broken but after working with customer service, they advised me to put the mattress on the frame and then lower it. When I did, it went right down!
