Life saver for my neck and back problems. First of all this review is for TENS function of this device. I did not try it as EMS but pretty sure it works the same great. I used to be a truck driver for 11 years in my past. Now I’m in IT industry. Not a surprise that for such a long time of “sitting experience” I’ve got a chronic back and neck problems. Lately it was that bad I couldn’t stand up in the mornings after my night sleep. Most likely if you are reading this review we are in the same train (unless you are looking for EMS stimulator). So recently, about a week ago, I bought this little device and of course tried it as soon as it was possible. In few quick words - this little pain reliever worked for me doing its job perfectly well. Still can’t believe I can easily turn my head now and get out of the bed without stretching and wondering how to make it as painless as possible in the morning. It’s not like I didn’t have an experience with these kind of devices before - I still have a much cheaper one, that kind of was helping but not that convenient as my new one. Well, the word cheaper says for itself. This one is on expensive side, at least for me. But lately I was thinking to give all money in the world just to get rid of that constant chronic pain I lived with for such a long time. And happy to say I finally feel relieved. First time I asked my wife to help me applying electrodes to the affected areas, and for one simple reason - it was impossible to do it myself because of constant back pain I had. Today I can do it myself. And actually today it’s my first day I don’t use it anymore. Well I understand one day pain will come back (got through it so many times for so many years) but now I have a perfect solution how to get rid of it. So, first of all every single detail about this device feels very quality built, it’s lightweight, pretty small, has a large lcd screen for easy reading the settings and very simple to operate. It has 4 channels (wow) so I can perform multiple massage sessions at the time (which my cheap version never had). Intensity levels will feed anybody’s preferences. In my experience start with the light one gradually raising it. Or just use one of the 30 preset programs, I believe 15 for TENS and 15 for EMS but didn’t count to be honest. Of course it has a timer and will turn off by itself. Device has a pocket clip on a back but I found it more convenient to keep it in my pocket while walking around, thanks for its compact size as been said. Lock button is a huge plus so I didn’t have a chance to occasionally press any button while it’s in my pocket. Sticky gel pads are great quality, reusable for at least couple of times, and very important I found it’s easy to find the replacement on Amazon (ether brand available). Love the idea it’s rechargeable. During the week I charged it twice but just in case and not because battery got dead. Some people complain here it has a micro USB port instead of USB C. Really? Does it really matter which kind of cable would I use to charge it? I care about the main purpose of this device - to help me with my pain and the least thing I worry about what kind of USB cord I’d use to charge it lol. So I love this device. It really helped me to enjoy my pain free life now. I’d strongly recommend to get through the manual before start using it. It’s very clear and detailed. This is a medical device (kind of surprising I could buy it without prescription but happy at the same time lol) and just be careful using it otherwise you can easily damage yourself so reading the manual is a must.Hope someone will find my review helpful.
