Mag ihn nach dem Training nicht mehr missen müssen :) Da ja auch BCAAs drinnen sind und vergleichsweise viele verschiedene Aminosäuren, hat man hier gleich alles abgedeckt was man für den Muskelaufbau braucht.Hab viele verschiedene Shakes verglichen, also die Zutatenliste, und hier hat man echt das größte Angebot an den hochwertigsten und wichtigsten Eiweißen. Manche Shakes geben an, dass dies und jenes drin ist, dann ist aber im Prinzip nur normmales Molkeprotein drin zu 90% und die restl. 10% sind 5 verschiedene Proteine, also von jedem nur ne viel zu geringe Menge...Ironmaxx Protein 90 scheint mir als einziger Proteinshake gleichwertig oder sogar "besser" zu sein, ist aber angeblich so ekelig grauenhaft im Geschmack, dass man das Zeug kaum runter bekommt - dafür ist er aber auch günstiger vom Preis.Interessant fand ich auch Frey Nutrition Protein 96 - hab ich aber auch noch nicht probiert.Hab hier mit dem TripleWhey Schoko einen guten Griff gemacht weil er echt super schmeckt - mit Milch, mit Wasser oder auch mit Wasser und Milch gemeinsam. Ich nehm immer nur Wasser und ab und zu ein bisschen Milch dazu für einen noch besseren cremigeren Geschmack.Ach ja und das Hungergefühl wird sehr gut unterdrückt also nach dem Shake hab ich kaum noch Hunger obwohl ich davor oft sehr hungrig bin - sehr gut also auch zum Abnehmen! Man hat einfach das Gefühl nach dem Training wenn man den Shake getrunken hat, dass er einem genau das gibt was man braucht - Daher 5 Sterne!
