5 stars because well it does a great job wedging you up from a flat bed.Literally the only long bed wedge I could find 36inch is perfect.The only drawback ive had with this wedge is that its contured for your head so there is only one place for your head to kind of sit in. I bought this for my girlfriend who broke her neck and cant lay flat in her Miami J neckbrace. The 7inch incline is perfect and I notice less snoring from her at night actually! (We tried a 12in incline and she was sliding off of that.) We had to flip the wedge upside down to avoid the conture pushing her neck foward. The memory foam on top has a layer of fabric that is soft to the touch and kind of fuzzy which I imagine could be a bit warm in the summer.I would have been happier if the price was lower I feel lile im being bent over this wedge at 100$
