The bed frame is beautiful! But whoever cut the base boards and measure the frame didn’t do a good job, there is a lack of details that were neglect. It’s uneven, it’s not up to size. The bolts were uneven so if you look at the photo closely, the bed frame is cricket. Although it’s only one inch off from the information provided in the ad, it made a huge difference. A king mattress is 80 inches long by 76 inches wide, and the bed frame is 79 inches wide, which isn’t accurate and leaves room for too much gap. If you look at the photo posted, there’s a huge gap and you can see all the boards underneath the mattress, which makes the complete setup appear ugly. They also didn’t sand down the wood base board so there were a lot of splinters. My mattress got caught in the wood, I had to sand it down to create a smoother bottom. Be careful when assembling the bed too! These splinters are brutal! I really want this frame to work out, but I’m just disappointed at the lack of diligence and quality of this frame. I hope to be able to get a refund.The color has a darker green tint than a true beige but it is still beautiful and sturdy. Easy to put together once you separate and label the piece and nuts/bolts as nothing is labeled. Very very sturdy because it has 8 long beams, 4 cross beams, and 8 legs underneath. We put a box spring under the bed and it is definitely tall but it is still beautiful!The headboard is beautiful, the only thing is the legs are are bending after about 2 weeks of sleeping on the bed. My fiancé and I are both small/ not heavy individuals. I suggest not using the slats and the bolts that come with the legs! Our bed is on hardwood so that may be the issue but any kind of movement makes legs bow! :( but you get what you pay for I guess :/This bed is perfect in design but not in manufacturing. The side rails should be labeled as 5(L) or 6(R); if mixed up, the center supports won't be even. I wasted time figuring it out. One side rail is not well made; it is not flat or straight. Some slates are not cut evenly, two too short by a 1/4 inch --how could this happen in a manufacturing environment? This shortness may cause the position of the screws (on the slate ends) not to be centered on the side rails' support.The parts bag is well packed, with no missing parts. I suggest you sort them out before assembling the bed.There is still room for improvement before it reaches a very well-made product.I really like how it looks and the fabric. I didn’t like its sturdiness.Love the look of the bed sturdy and holds my heavy memory foam bed with no worries..The quality is fair. And there is a gap between mattress and headboard. It is a 10” mattresss. Maybe a 12” will be better.Love how this looks and it was easy to assemble!
