First, I should note that I NEVER leave product reviews. I just don’t have the time, or maybe I just lack follow-through skills. Not sure.This product, however, has WOWED me! We have owned many espresso/latte makers over the years, and this one stands out from the rest.It’s quick. I can make two lattes for my wife and myself in about 10 minutes. That includes cleanup, which is very easy for this unit.The results are super consistent. There’s always a little bit of a learning curve with espresso makers, but this one was really easy to learn. No quirks, espresso turns out uniformly, and the milk frother/steamer is good, quick and consistent also.Love this thing. I wish all my other appliances were as good!
