Build is pretty good, no wobbling, fits nice and tight. My rack is 2×2 with 1 inch holes. I think perfect fit would be 2×3 ,3×3 rack but still works with 2×2. Assembly was tricky even though only 2 bolts,trying to figure out which pad goes where and how to mount it. Does have adjustable mounts for pads depending on your height. Good buy ??no regrets.
