My PT wanted me to get compression leggings to wear snowboarding, instead of an SI brace. I tried other highly rated, less expensive options, like Z Leggings, but they were garbage. Does it take multiple minutes to get them on and off? Yes. Do my fingers fall apart? Also yes. But baby, do they WORK. Massive difference. I sized up per recommendation and they are still this tight, but are supposed to be. Really my only complaints are that the mid rise cuts into my belly, and that they could do with a gusseted crotch. They aren't comfortable enough for me to want to wear as an everyday workout pant, but they do their job very well - my joints feel solid and nearly snug when wearing them.
