We have an issue with a jealous cat that will pee on beds left down. We try to keep it up, but eventually the cat manages to soak it. For a lot of beds, that meant the end. NOT for this one. The few times it happened, it was easy to pull apart and wash all the pieces.The dog loves it.It's easy to manage when we need to put it up sideways when not in use.
