This design also help you to improve back posture, straightening your spine which can give you a more natural stand up or sitting position, as well as it will help you to keep a good posture while exercising or sports practice.Even though is black color, you can wear it directly under the sun and the shirt will protect you and you won’t feel like you are getting cook from the inside. This shirt fits like a glove and I have also used it for Yoga and Pilates without any problems and without any waist rolling up. By the way, I can sweat a lot and the shirt will get dry in very short time so it can handle moisture at ease.I own 6 pieces among short sleeve and long sleeve and my husband has 6 pieces in short sleeve.
