I’m someone that never had any sort of barista experience. I got tired of buying high priced coffee, but at the same time didn’t want to spend $500+ for a machine either. To my account, the price shown for this machine is around $119-$125 USD. For this price, you can make yourself a decent latte at home. It took me about 2-3 weeks to learn how to properly make a latte. You will need to either buy pre-ground beans or buy a grinder separately to use this. You will also need to buy a metal milk pitcher separately to steam milk. The machine comes with the handle to hold espresso along with 1-shot & 2-shot baskets. The machine has the ability to brew both hot & cold espresso for hot & cold drinks. Top of the machine warms up to pre-heat coffee cups. The steam wand works great, however if this is your first time making lattes it will take time to learn how to steam milk properly. The machine works really great and is pretty easy to use. One thing i really don’t like is the fact that this is not fingerprint resistant; you will have to wipe down this machine after every use. Overall, great machine and this is perfect for beginners that want to focus on techniques of making lattes.
