IT LOOKS GREAT !The ratchet suspension SUCKS !!!It sits high on your head to begin with but then so little plastic is used in the suspension, that you have to wear SO TIGHT, that the plastic digs into your forehead. Within a 1/2 hour I get a splitting headache.Doing Heavy Construction, on a Bridge, it was so windy (which is normal on a Bridge) that I had to tape the "Lift" hard hat to my head & under my chin, especially that it cost me $145, I didn't want my hard hat floating in the Atlantic Ocean.Like I said...IT LOOKS GREAT !WISH IT WORKED, AS GREAT AS IT LOOKS.Update review...Two years later, still looks great and has spared me a few concussions. The head of a hammer, flew off the handle of a laborer's hammer, hit the hard hat and the only thing that happened, was the orange paint chipped off where it struck (good thing it wasn't a sledge hammer). Just ordered a replacement 6 point suspension system and it feels better than the original one that it came with.The synthetic leather sweat band on the original, was just a small peace in the front of the suspension. The replacement almost goes from ear to ear so it no longer digs in to your head. It's perfect now!
