Got it installed in about a hour. The hardest part was removing the old fan. The installation plate didn't exactly line up with existing mounting holes and I definitely needed the included screws to secure it. Once I got it mounted it was pretty easy. You do need a app to interface with Alexa and it counts the light and the fan as separate devices. The fan is small but quiet and moves a good amount of air. The light is bright and has different color temperatures but it's not a govee you're not getting disco colors. Overall of you can get it under $100 go for it.
