I needed a pathway light with a Japanese design and this one fit my needs perfectly, plus I didn't want one over 16" high, which is exactly what this is... One reviewer complained about low light output, but failed to mention that these lights are IN-Direct, they deflect off a silver deflector located underneath the cap, directing the light downward, which is what PATH LIGHTS are intended to do, If you removed the cap, the 3 watt output and lumen's would be the same as any other 3 watt light.Quality of the product is very good, not excellent, I did have trouble with a couple of the threads threading onto the post, where it wouldn't thread into the fixture all the way, but not a big deal....I do like the screw-on connection, makes connecting a snap..My only complaint is they should have made the wire longer, it's about 12" long, 16" would have been better, since I had to feed the wire under a planter footing and the wire barely reached, another 3 or 4" would of been perfect.All in all, I've very satisfied and it's deserving of a 5 star rating.. Would definitely buy again.
