I didn't take it out of the beat up box before the electrician came to install it.After it was installed I notice little rust spots in different areas. I called amazon. They were very responsive offered to return it. Because I had already paid to have it installed I opted to get some money back.It's a beautiful piece but not satin nickel, but chrome and I'm still bothered by the several rust points. I may end up returning it anyway and paying again for the uninstall/ install.
