I'm pretty much done with solar lights. I have yet to find any that last for any decent period of time. I had some solar wedge style deck lights and they all failed in a few years. I went for these 12v lights because they don't have integrated LED's. Once installed, I can replace the LED lamps when they fail (and they will). They installed easily and put out just the right amount of light. They seem well made and will likely be very weather resistant. Mine are installed on the house side of our deck rail under the rail cap so they won't see any direct weather. I'm thinking they will last for many years to come.
