I was looking for a new oil that polymerizes for sealing my woodwork & this is incredibly effective. Probably my favorite aspect of this oil however is the fact that it gives the wood a beautifully smooth finish without heavily altering the original color of the wood. When I'm making a bowl or spoon from a nice two tone piece of Cherry or similar for example it allows the beautifully creamy white sapwood to stay nice and creamy & bright, while simultaneously highlighting the warmth of the darker heartwood. Another wonderful thing about it is the fact that it is hypoallergenic.
